YNX Exchange
Direct answer
YNX Exchange is an independent Testnet product candidate for markets, accounts, orders and risk workflows. No exchange license, production custody, public liquidity, official listing, real-money trading or complete proof of solvency is claimed.
Authority and custody
Balances and orders require an accepted venue/custody adapter and account scope. Market-data APIs cannot substitute for custody, order or settlement authority. User assets may reside only in the user Wallet, an explicitly disclosed exchange subaccount, approved vault, custody provider or protocol contract.
Production custody requires hot/warm/cold separation, threshold approval, withdrawal limits, nonce management, key rotation, recovery, incident drills, audit and owner handover. Test vectors contain no production private material.
Fees and market integrity
Venue, provider, protocol and withdrawal fees must be shown before approval and reconciled against receipts. Hidden spread, wash trading, fake volume, fake liquidity, guaranteed returns and unverified rankings are prohibited.
Current status and risk
Candidate Web/mobile and local service engineering exists on a separately owned source line. Central Wallet integration, production custody, deposits/ withdrawals, public deployment, production signing, legal approval, market surveillance and solvency evidence remain release-specific and incomplete.
